Zumba Dance Class That Kicks Ass

I wanted to share this video. I was bored of my current workout regimen and needed something entertaining. I logged into YouTube and went through what seemed like a million Zumba Class videos. Most of the videos were dull and felt a bit robotic. Until, I found this video. The instructor had an contagious energy that had me really into the routine. Oh, it doesn’t hurt that he has a nice British accent either. Enjoy, I know I did.

At Home Workout Videos: Avoid Pain Pay Attention

A common mistake people make when working out at home is not listening to the instructions. People normally stare at the television attempting to mock the task. This is how muscles are pulled, and bodies ache beyond belief. The best way to avoid this from happening is to PAY ATTENTION to the instructions. The trainer or instructor on the video will tell you what should be burning and what you should not feel.  There is always a modified version of a workout; pay close attention. The person who will present the modified version are normally introduced at the very beginning of the of each new position.  Getting back in shape is no easy task. Want to do it in a place where you are most comfortable or convenient is understandable. Home videos give people that freedom. However, when doing any physical activity there is a risk of injury if not done correctly. Do it right by listening.

Summer Workouts

The summer can be very intimidating. The summer heat creates the need to wear shorter  and lighter clothes, which creates the opportunity to show off your physique. The downside is you  are not as fit as you would like to be, you lose the interest of wearing the cute summer apparel. I totally feel you. So this summer lets start the movement to get you into a sexy outfit. Here is what you will do…

  1. Find an out fit that is about one to two sizes smaller than were you are now.
  2. Make sure it is an outfit you can visualize yourself in.
  3. Find an eating regimen you can work with. The key to weight loss is changing your habits to healthier alternatives.
  4. Designate an hour a day to working out. Whether at home, gym, park, or a friends house find an activity that provides cardio and toning benefits.
  5. Stay focused on the goal. Be realistic losing 10 pounds can be achieved in 30 days. Attempting to lose 30 pounds in 30 days is excessive and can lead to discouragement.
  6. Research for what suites you. if the workout is not challenging you, find something else. That goes for your meal plan as well.
