Spinning to Happiness

I don’t want to sound like a cliche,but getting fit changed my life. Spinning helped me conquer strengthening my endurance and stamina. The most common misconception is that being fit means being a size 0-6 that is far from the truth. Being healthy means being able to climb a flight of stairs and not be short-winded.  Being healthy means being able to past a physical each year and not have to rely on medication to manage health conditions.

    indoor cycling/spinning whatever you want to call it has made a difference in my life spinning is not about you being skinny or a size 0-6 its about indurance you can be a big chick or guy and still spin as long as you build on endurance thats all that matters.Once you have establish that the wieght loss will just fall in place.Make exercising a enjoyment NOT a TASK!
